You may not change your location or IP yourself. To change your IP or location, a support agent needs to manually process this for you.

As a result, there is a $3 fee associated with this change, unless your plan specifically states that this change is free, such as the free IP change on our proxy packages. Please create a support ticket if you are interested in being billed for this change.

To speed up the process, please explicitly state the details of the change, and state that you agree to the charge. You will then be invoiced. After the invoice is paid, please reply to the ticket to proceed with the change.
