I have not been able to access my control panel for a week. After following instructions from bots using the ticket system, no resolution. I decided to migrate my service to a new location. Apparently, that location has more issues than the one I am on. I paid for the migration hoping it would fix my issue. Some instructions tell me to go into my control panel to perform an operation, even though my chief complaint is, that I can not get into my control panel.
My site is up and running, but unable to VNC or SSH into the system. Unsure why it is taking so long to resolve the issue on their end. If I have to leave this system for another, I will without hesitation if the support remains as is, or the Techs on their end can not maintain the system in a way that is beneficial to its client base.
Again, my site is up and running without issues. We just can't get into the control panel to access the VNC to update and maintain the site...
Please work out these issues soon. It seems to be costing you potential clients...

did not get my refund after I used it for 2 days even though the say u can get a refund unto 7 days on their website 3 other friend wanted to use their service but I told them it's a bad service so they shouldn't pay for it otherwise they will not get their money back.

Unacceptable service for me!
The second shutdown of the service in 3 months is already clearly too much. The last outage was in April 2023 and now in July 2023. This is garbage and not a service. Definitely I will look for a replacement and refuse this service.

All virmach workers are fucking piece of shit. They thought they solved my problem but actually they did nothing and want to charge me $15 for their so-called priority support which kept me waiting for a month and provide no assistance.

My server has been offline since May. When I checked in mid-May, I saw your announcement that the node LAXA013 where my server is located was undergoing emergency maintenance. I was excited, thinking that you had found the problem. However, later you changed the announcement to say that the issue had been resolved, giving me the impression that my server was also back online. In reality, it is still offline, and I am very disappointed.

Site down for 6 months, essentially. Then the company creates issues to prevent the domain from being transferred. They force you to contact "Support" then never respond. Essentially, they destroy your web assets and don't give a damn and there in no way to reach them to resolve issues.

Hi, I'm not sure how you believe that, as I attempted looking up what happened and noticed you don't have a $50 service or even $50 in combined services.
You made multiple requests for an IP change and then essentially requested a migration in the IP change request. After being told not to make these requests, you continued and as a result were charged $5 and the request was not processed. You were still told we would process it as an IP change exactly per your request if desired or we'd apply this toward a migration, but instead you created 5~ more tickets requesting various other things instead.
