Sorry for an angry review I left about a year ago. It appears those problems were caused by Centos 8 that was buggy at the time.
I'm using VirMach hosting for 3 years now and I'm quite satisfied with it. The support was decent, and though some problems happened, generally they were resolved quickly. Uptime is good, connectivity is decent. Keep up!

Your ip address is used to search google, every time it prompts that the traffic is abnormal, and it is blocked for a long time, and you are not allowed to pay to change the ip, but the server we deployed from China cannot connect at all, and the connection timed out. Please give me a free replacement ip. Because i can't use your service

Your servers work, but your billing system is buggy, your system constantly double-charges me for your invoice, and you're not the quickest on your feet to refund the double-charge.
Also limiting one support request per answer would make sense if you would respond to tickets in a timely manner.
Sometimes I may need to add some information I forgot to add originally in the ticket, which might prove to be useful (like traceroute or mtr), and it's not possible to do, because your system does not allow it.
It's not the problem in the user that it takes 5 days for you to reply, or that you never fix your bugs
