For security reasons, IPMI on your dedicated server is nullrouted, meaning you cannot connect to it by default. To lift it, go to Services --> My Services, and click on your server name. Then, go to "View Device" on the left sidebar and finally "IPMI Controls." Here you can click "Lift Null Route" and the nullroute placed on your IPMI address will be lifted, allowing you to access IPMI for 4 hours.
