To change your e-mail on file with us, please navigate to the right side drop-down menu that says "Hello, <your name>" and click "Edit account details." On this page you can click "Request Change" next to "Email Address" but please note there are some requirements.
As of July 4th, 2020, the requirements are:
- Enabling 2 factor authentication
- Verifying your existing e-mail
- Having a package with with support
These requirements may change in the future. Please do not create a ticket to bypass these requirements.
