As VPS provider, we do not create operating systems. We only provide them for use on your VPS as they exist.
This means if your operating system is facing issues, we are not responsible for these errors, nor can we assist you with them, unless (A) they are directly related with some proven issue with our hardware or virtualization software, or (B) you have the appropriate account support level purchased for us to assist you with these issues. Otherwise, there are an infinite number of ways you can technically break an operating system and cause issues such as kernel panics or blue screens/error screens, and we simply cannot realistically assist with all these issues.
If you face these problems, and cannot fix them on your own, we recommend backing up your important data by using a rescue CD, and then wipe/re-install the operating system.
