Sometimes Windows will not boot properly. In most common cases, it will freeze on the Windows loading icon.
This is usually an easy fix. Navigate to your billing area or SolusVM, view your service details, and simply reboot your service. Your VPS will now reboot properly. Sometimes you will be prompted to also select the option to troubleshoot and reboot. Go ahead and proceed with this additional reboot, and Windows will fix the issue and reboot.
