Most of our plans qualify for a refund, within 7 days of purchase.

You must create a ticket in the billing department to request a full cancellation and refund, within 7 days of purchase. Cancelling your service at the end of the billing term by clicking "cancel" WILL NOT qualify you for a refund. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible to prevent your refund from being rejected. Please also check our terms and make sure your plan qualifies for a full refund. There are some cases where you might not be eligible for a refund, please review for those cases.
