over 24 hours since service activation and i still have not been able to access the service. Support is not forth coming

Could not get done what I needed it to, was very very slow. Support was not pleasant to deal with. Cancelling now

Unfortunately you purchased our smallest Windows package and attempted to run resource intensive software. That will not achieve the best results.

Extremely slow to offer refund for cancellation before renewal date!
Better to cancel earlier to avoid forced renewal!

We do suggest that customers cancel their service at least 7 days in advance. However, we can usually still assist you with a cancellation as long as you do it 3 days in advance.

In your case you contacted us with only 24 hour notice, you did not "cancel" the service (we also send a reminder e-mail a few days before charging you) and did not disable auto payments. You were also aware of the recurring billing as you did have this set up and used the service for several months when it auto-renewed. I'm sorry, but we cannot predict when you want to renew and when you do not unless you click the appropriate button to cancel (or in this case to renew, which you did by setting up auto payments.)
