So far I'm not at all impressed, I just linked my credit card, paid, got a confirmation email and apparently I don't have anything!!!

You placed your order at 5:27PM CST, and it was generate on 5:41PM CST. We apologize for the 14 minute wait. Usually services are provisioned instantly, but in some cases, especially if a location is listed as "limited stock" it may take some time to generate your service (when space is limited or the system fails to auto provision.)

没感觉是个好的服务商。已经加为黑名单，就连还有10个月才到期的KVM也让它自己空转。
It is not a good service provider, has been added to the blacklist. even KVM, which has 10 months to expire, makes it waste its life.

Seriously, this company (Virtual Machine Solutions) provides the WORST service ever! My VPS was freezed for weeks and support didn't even want to help to reset! RIDICULOUS!

Customer did not reply to our responses. Customer's service was online and running; customer refused directions to reboot his VPS through his control panel.
