No customer service, bad review

Customer first wrote this review at 9:39AM.

Then he replied to an older sales/billing ticket requesting technical assistance (in a confused manner) at 9:51AM. He called us a liar at 9:52AM which made no sense as we did not yet reply to him. Eventually his technical issue was resolved. I'm not sure what he means by no customer service.

别买，我买了买了之后ping ip地址，延迟太夸张，总是75%丢包，装了VPS之后使用了不到1.15GB，使用时间不到1天，我就申请退款了，买之前说7天可以退款，却说我不满足退款条件，却不肯告诉我哪里不满足退款条件。

The "SSD256" package cannot be purchased without first agreeing that you understand it does not qualify for a refund. This is where you were told, and then of course also in our terms of service, but it is in no way hidden and should not be confusing. It just means you did not read because we make it abundantly clear with a pop-up modal that displays this message very prominently and has to be accepted to continue.

We do warn customers on the checkout page, before payment is made, not to use VPNs. We do also mention for certain payment methods where we do make exceptions, that this will have to be manually reviewed. We do also make a second warning when this occurs, in the form of a ticket. At any time, you could decide to not continue to payment if you prefer.

I do want to make it clear that this process only occurs for a small number of payments, and the "slow" approval in your case actually only took 4 minutes, per our logs. You placed the order on 10:11 and it went into manual review. On 10:14 you paid, and on 10:15 your order was accepted.

If you were unsatisfied, we could have of course, refunded you, but it does look like you decided to continue your service with us.
