A long time ago, I needed hosting for an application I was developing, I found VirMach with a very fair and affordable price, the PRO+ package is worth every penny of it, my applications are working flawlessly, very fast, and with an uptime that is by very far very good, I also suggested several developers to use VirMach and they are very happy with it.

One thing that I would love to have is the option to upgrade the RAM of a VPS package, let's say upgrading my current VPS with its current specifications but instead of having 2GB, be able to upgrade it to a custom amount, for example, 4GB. That would help me a lot as my application may need sharding anytime soon and I do not need more CPU power than what I currently have, just a custom amount of RAM.

Virmach is my first vps provider, and I will stick with it. It's cheap, but stable and fast. By the way, the customer service is excellent, so you can get quick and efficient responds. Home they get better!

I have been their customer for more than 5 months now and they provide great service. During this time there was only one time when the server went down due to hardware failure for around 20 minutes and they refunded me amount according to SLA.

Support is very quick and friendly. I am a Linux noob and initially, I bothered them with many tickets about small queries and they replied promptly. Now in the past 2 months, I think I have only opened 1 ticket that too was not about something not working but some general question.

5min of using not even a single program install and it lags so badly its unusable. Asked for tech support. put a ticket in. asked for operating hours told put a ticket in... what a joke. ask for refund . put a ticket in. Call phone number no answer . please submit ticket.
Chat support can not provide - details of owner, if someone will be at address, time of operation. Sound like time to call consumer affairs and BBB. If not sorted i will contact my bank about this place.

Our live chat is mainly for general presales questions. We do mention this on the chat. All support requiring account & service changes go through our ticket system.

Most questions will be answered fairly quickly on our ticket system.

Worst fucking service i have ever had the misfortune of giving my money to.

i received an email that says im using to much I/O and to avoid suspension i must upgrade my services. So i pay to upgrade my fucking server and then guess what they still fucking suspend my damn service and refuse to give me access to any of my files that i need.

If support refuses to give access i will be opening tickets with my bank so they rip back every penny i sent to these worthless sons of bitches

Your service is using approximate 4 to 30 times the appropriate amount of disk operations. Disks are shared in virtual environments, so while we can allocate you a certain amount of disk space, we do not currently have any appropriate method of limiting your disk operations. You are using up to 30x more disk operations than your share of disk space. You did upgrade your package, which may help when the number is less extreme, however, you will most likely need the high I/O option as well.

We would also recommend a dedicated server if you require a physical disk to run intensive disk operations.

Thanks for VIRMACH.COM! I am from China and as you know, China government block many websites and apps. I installed Shadowsocks on the virtual servers to break the GFW, so my friend and I can use Google, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and other apps easily. The server is cheap but your service is the best.

In some rare cases, services have to be manually approved & created. Your service was delivered to you in a timely manner, although it was not generally automatically.

Really poor service, they were using the old trick that I was using to much of the cpu and memory then they kept closing me down, I only had the server for 2 days, what a con!
dont touch them they are a waste of your time

We give customers the flexibility of purchasing dedicated CPU & higher IO resources. This is offered & explained during your service configuration and these optional additions can be purchased at any time.

Otherwise, for most customers, our fair usage policy will be a perfect fit, and customers can save money by sharing resources.

This is the best company I could see, in a normal page they charge about 50 dollars for a vps pro + and with only 100 mb / s of internet, this page is really serious, I recommend it to everyone, because I'm not famous or anything like that, but I wish I could sponsor in some way to this page.

I made payment for a vps, but never received a payment confirmation and my vps was stuck pending for several hours. I finally contacted live support who told me to submit a ticket. I submitted a ticket and immediately the ticket was closed by a tier 2 support tech stating that I just needed to wait for payment to be confirmed and the vps to be manually setup. I explained to him that I still had not received a payment confirmation, but typically I do immediately, but this made no difference, the agent refused to consider that there was an issue worthy of escalation.
24 hours later, still no confirmation email, no vps, and no contact from support.

I contacted live support and had to harass them until they finally escalated the issue. At this point, I continued to ask the support agent about receiving credit for the lost day, but the support person consistently ignored me. Eventually they transferred me to that person's supervisor. The supervisor got on and said that I was being rude and harassing his agent. I promptly used profanity and then I was banned from chat support.

At this time, I still had no received my vps, the domain that it was going to host, or even a confirmation email. No one seemed to care that I had been waiting patiently already for over a day.

You can't tell someone their only option for support is to submit a ticket and then close their ticket five minutes later and expect them to come back without an attitude.

In the end, I'm getting a refund on the vps I tried to order and I'm cancelling my other VPS' at the end of the month. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, by their reluctance to help, and by their response time. Fortunately, I'm very grateful for the support provided by other companies and I look forward to being treated with respect.

For reference, the reason it took longer than usual to process customer's Bitcoin payment was due to customer sending payment in two smaller chunks, and ignoring instructions by our system to send the exact amount of Bitcoin.

Customer made a payment via Bitcoin, which takes time to confirm in any situation due to the nature of Bitcoin, but also made the error above. Our live chat agents cannot assist customers, as they are not the billing support department. Customer states he harassed chat agents and that he was banned from the chat, which may occur if customers spam/use profanity.

Customer's ticket was only closed after a response was received, where he was explained Bitcoin does take time to process and that sometimes we also have to manually approve Bitcoin payments.Customer continues making tickets/replies spamming "WHERE IS MY VPS" and making it more difficult for agents to assist him, especially making it harder to flag it up for the Bitcoin payment to be processed manually.

Horrible security.

We keep our nodes secure. However, customers are responsible for keeping their own VPS secure. There's no way for us to control what customers chose to do on their VPS, and if what they chose to do is select an unsecure password or install malware, that's out of our reach. We recommend all customers secure their VPS with a strong password or SSH key.

Customer claims we accessed his VPS or gave other people access, but this is simply untrue.

No good at at! I bought a 1 year service an wasn't even able to stay logged for 5 minutes straight! very slow nooo EXTREMELY slow. i don't recommend

Customer selected a location 15,000 Kilometers away, did not select the closest datacenter, and faced network issues as a result of his ISP having limited connectivity to our server.
