As a previous review I've got all my last tickets completely ignored. No one is fixing the issue, no one is replying. I've been waiting for 24 hour, nothing. Opened another ticket - quite as my iPods noise cancellation. Using them for over 5 years, never had this before...

My services are fantastic, but the complete lack of any support means I'll only ever use Virmach for hobby projects. I'm nervous to host in production with them if they take days to respond to urgent "priority" tickets.

I revoke my statement i been having billing issue over a machine that is to have data recovery i still get billed for it even thou i cant use it. now all my services are suspended because its all on 1 invoice and support is merging my ticket to an old one what is not even being looked at. i will change my review when they treat me better

1. Basically if anyone needs hosting i refer Virmach sadly while covid there support is slow but its understandable with the current world situation. and to get emergency support with here phone number is a dead end no one is there to answer. so if something epicly bad happens your onyl resorted on support tickets at the time being till this covid stuff ends....

Don't be deceived by the low prices. Virmach provides a long-term reliable service and is much much easier to use than amazon, google, and all the rest. Tickets are answered promptly. The range of services is more than adequate and user interfaces are well explained and easy to use.

it used to be fine, till i had my website ip down from your end for the past 2 weeks till now, your tech support or customer service never advice with service level what so ever, and it's a clear bot automated replies and u dont care if your clients get what they pay u for or never
