For a small company, These people are amazing, I had a server with them, however I had to cancel due to no longer playing minecraft, There responses are fast, There people are kind, and they always help you set things up, I even got a custom server at a custom price, $16 a month for a 5gb server, It was fantastic service, Never had a major problem.

If there is any problem with your IP, even if it is completely unable to connect, no one will any technical documents or priority support, i already open ticket almost 2 days.
so if you want good support service, don't choose virmach.

I cannot receive the verification email in my mailbox.
Every time a ticket is submitted, it is a perfunctory response, and finally an angry response to multiple tickets. my account is marked as problematic.

horrible experience, they declined refunding, I got my refund going directly to PayPal, now they refuse to delete my account and they are infringing on my digital rights, I am a member of the European Union and I will make a complaint about this violation in regards to GDPR, hopefully they will get a massive fine.

The support is a living hell.
Really, you get what you pay for, If you purchase a extremely cheap and small VM, don't expect the support to reply quick, even if "quick" means exactly no responce in 10 hours.

Unfortunately in a specific case like yours where malware/abuse was involved it does take longer than usual to contact a system administrator who can assist you.
For general support, you would receive a much quicker response.

The cheapest server I've ever seen, watching 1080p 60fps stream may slightly get stuck sometimes. The network speed is satisfied with me as long as avoiding the GFW.

For around 10 months the service has been great. However recently I'm having issues accessing my control panel & my server RAM is getting eaten app so fast although my app traffic is still the same. No idea what changed because it suddenly started to happen!

Prices are great, servers are great. But i had a issue with billing system just billed me twice my server at paypal(i believe they should work at billing system)

Up to this point, I have had no real issues with my dedicated server. However, that changed when our customers started notifying us of an application outage.
I immediately contacted support and the Jr System Admin replied and told me the outage is fixed. The problem is he did not read my profile and the location of my server and presume it was resolved. I had to tell him to check again and he finally realized he reported the wrong status.
Right now, he and Virmach has yet to provide me with a status update and an ETA to resolve.
VirMach, please fix this ASAP. This disruption has made it clear that I need to find another potential provider.

Poor service. Ordered a 30 GB hard disk for a very long time, poor support and documentation. Have no clue how to get the hard disk into the primary partition with no help. Thinking of cancelling!
