28 days after placing the order, the server IPMI could not be connected and the operating system could not be installed. A month was wasted when the server was placed. No one solved the problem by contacting customer service many times! I'm disappointed.

In addition to my review. I emailed them for a refund on day 5 of my annual service. According to their policy I would be allowed a refund if I requested one within 7 days of starting a service. I was not aware of their refund policy, which is why I sent an email and even asked for a refund for 11 months out of a 12 month service that clearly was not going to work for me.

I became aware of this policy when the CEO Soheil told me about it while he was arguing with me how everything is my fault and explaining to me why they have no interest in refunding me, and why it doesn't make sense to refund me. After I realized I was actually right to ask for a full refund and I asked for one on day 5 I was denied again even though it's their policy to give me a full refund. Soheil the CEO seems to be making up excuses and finding new was to deny me a refund at all costs. I think it's an ego thing at this point. He also says they will help me determine how the VPS was hacked, but every time I ask all they say is the PW is too easy to hack. From what I can see of my VPS, there is no signs of it being hacked, nor have I downloaded anything at all.

Support went downhill and arrogant lately.
Server not accessible via account dashboard, solusvm, SSH, VNC.
And support wants me to answer the questions
1. "Have you tried booting the VPS? What were the results?"
- So how can you rebbot if you cant access the server?
2. "Did you modify any settings before this issue?"
- No
3. "Is your service online status? If so, do you see anything on VNC, or what error do you see on VNC?"
- Its not accessible thats why you cant see the status in dashboard. Because its not even accessible via dashboard. It was not also accessible in VNC.

Now server is online and shows its down/no traffic from the graph during the two we reported in the ticket.

Maybe its time to start looking elsewhere for our 19 services.

DOY 1 ESTRELLA, pero ojala pudiera ser cero. Me da muchos errores al intentar acceder a mi VPS, ahora por ejemplo, no tengo acceso, estuve haciendo una cosa en mi VPS y sufrí una caída, me decía intentando recuperar conexión, llevo 15 minutos y no puedo acceder, si fuese algo importante estaría sufriendo, pero ya esto me ha pasado muchas veces. No cambio de VPS porque solo 1 archivo me funciona aquí, pero buscare otro VPS viable antes de pagar la siguiente mensualidad, esta web da pena el servicio que ofrece.

Yes, VirMach is the product provider that I have found for so long, "stable service, cheap price, technical clearance". I have never encountered a VPS with a low price but a great service like VirMach. The experience used is still very good. But I think it may be due to various reasons. The policy of replacing IP always makes me careful and careful before starting a service. I think I can try to change this policy about ip, thank you!

Servers themselves are very decent with high uptime, however what lets this company down is their support doing simple things like RDNS changes. This is not the first time this has happened over multiple years i've been with them. Anyone doing support should always send their workings to the customer to confirm that "its really been done" and not just guess and throw out comments that its a "propagation" issue without actually checking themselves i.e. check directly against the authoritative dns servers for that range and confrim the change has taken place. This bypass any sort of dns propagation around the internet. The other downside is still after I don't know how many years, they still do not have IPv6 support in 2020. Real shame and let down here. I still would suggest them to anyone if they want a reliable VPS, decent performance and good price but not worried about being future proofed or need to use/care about support then this company is good.

The root/administrator password could not be changed. The virtual server might not be Linux or the partition layout may be unreadable.

The service I have received so far is appalling, terrible, horrendous. I was allocated a VM which apparently is sending out spam and for this reason, it is blocked. I have been batting emails back and forth with support, but to no avail. Should have gone to another service provider. Very disappointed. Would not be recommending it.
