This place is a joke. Avoid like the plague. My VPS has been down for over 2 MONTHS. Across multiple support tickets, rather than ACTUALLY helping, they just say "you opened it wrong" and close it. The uptime is garbage, they are always changing your IP (sometimes without notice). The support is garbage. They don't want to help you, they just want an excuse to close your ticket, not resolve your issue. Go to a real VPS provider.

the worst cloud service I have ever seen in my life, they change your IP without prior notice, they always have problems with the providers and they are changing providers very often and that hurts the customers a lot, they leave them without service and with loss total of the data. Support tickets are answered after two or three days of delay and many times it does not solve anything. A total disaster, not recommended.

every time they do a migration I had to reinstall os, their recommended way of "reconfigure network" never worked, just a waste of time.
this time it just stopped working with no migrations. Tried vnc over html from control panel - the server shows some error logs, rebooted the server - it stopped working, reinstalled - working but still no connectivity from internet

I have not been able to access my control panel for a week. After following instructions from bots using the ticket system, no resolution. I decided to migrate my service to a new location. Apparently, that location has more issues than the one I am on. I paid for the migration hoping it would fix my issue. Some instructions tell me to go into my control panel to perform an operation, even though my chief complaint is, that I can not get into my control panel.
My site is up and running, but unable to VNC or SSH into the system. Unsure why it is taking so long to resolve the issue on their end. If I have to leave this system for another, I will without hesitation if the support remains as is, or the Techs on their end can not maintain the system in a way that is beneficial to its client base.
Again, my site is up and running without issues. We just can't get into the control panel to access the VNC to update and maintain the site...
Please work out these issues soon. It seems to be costing you potential clients...
