I really love the option to pay with credit card however random subnet ip would be cool too it would be even faster. The 1st proxy seems no lag and working very well i am impatient of using the other 2 on a different ip :)

I cannot receive the verification email in my mailbox.
Every time a ticket is submitted, it is a perfunctory response, and finally an angry response to multiple tickets. my account is marked as problematic.

If there is any problem with your IP, even if it is completely unable to connect, no one will any technical documents or priority support, i already open ticket almost 2 days.
so if you want good support service, don't choose virmach.
This is the worst experience ever had before.

The customer service answered the question only to give a link to the knowledge base, and the answer of the knowledge base could not solve the problem. Then when I wanted to continue to ask, the customer service thought that I was adding work for him and ridiculed me. This is the worst experience I've ever had before.

The support is a living hell.
Really, you get what you pay for, If you purchase a extremely cheap and small VM, don't expect the support to reply quick, even if "quick" means exactly no responce in 10 hours.

Worst support ever!

Every time I submit a report, I only get a short dull reply.

Lately, I requested to migrate my VPS to another location they said it's done, but I'm still on the same site. I even paid for that.

I submitted a report about their migration, and until now, no feedback was made. I don't know if they really care about their customers or just for the money.

I won't renew my subscription to them!

Horrible. Never able to use VPS for what I needed. The set up was a pain. The tech support was not good. Eventually when VPS was up, it later when down again. I considered it a write off. It sucked!NEver ever ever coming back

It's very inconvenient for the server to not provide IPMI!
I am an old customer.
Now Virmach is getting worse and worse. Even IPMI doesn't provide customers. If the server suddenly happens or reinstall the system, it can only pay for customer service.
If I don't change, I'm ready to transfer service providers.
