Hello Team.

You are a great service and i was happy with you but you have a serious problem with support.

1.- i had a duplicate charge on my paypal account at that moment on your support panel i created a ticket about this.
2.- No one did nothing so i opened a dispute on paypal.
3.- when you saw this dispute then i got an answer saying that was my fault and acused me about this situation.
4.- After this you applied a 25 USD fee for this dispute and said that i had to pay only with bitcoins.
5.- you guys acting like terrorist shutted down all my other vps that has no debs at all.
6.- i don't have bitcoins but i can pay with CC or adding money to my account.
7.- Is almost 20 hours trying to pay with other methods and no one says nothing and 48 hours to my VPS were down.


I'm always pays in time, if the problem was one VPS billing and 25 USD on that invoice, why you had to shutting down others?

Terrible, stay away. Bogus fees appear out of nowhere, if you ignore them - they will pull down the other VPS that you have with them. Arrogant and inflexible too.

If this is in regards to your most recent generated invoice, you received an invoice for TWO services. If you do not want to keep a service, and only want to pay for one service to renew, you simply have to cancel the other service and this renewal fee for the second service will obviously be removed by our system.

Otherwise, I do notice a potential second issue on your account, regarding multiple accounts, this is clear on our terms of service. It was also mentioned to you in previous communication, and finally a few months later when you continued to make multiple accounts and new orders, this was finally noticed by a staff member who took action. A payment was refunded, and we requested repayment. Obviously, without payment or communication from you, this service ended. We did not "pull down" any other services as a result. We also confirmed with you that there is no need to resolve the situation. We did provide you a refund, and your services naturally expire with no repayment. It was possible to not re-pay if you did not wish, and you had time to make a decision or move services elsewhere. We provided you with a grace period.

If we were not flexible with you, we would not have refunded payments, would not have given you additional warning and time to deal with the situation where multiple accounts were being created and using one-time use coupons. Eventually, a single reasonable fee was assessed to your account even though there were many cases of this issue and multiple hours of staff time were dedicated to the matter. All other fees were waived.

It's ridiculous. It was alright as long as my VPS functioned, but now the SSD is faulty or something, and those guys can't or don't want to do anything. It's been a month since the migration (November 22), and now it's December 21th, and my VPS still doesn't work. What a shame!

Lost my money. There is no technical service. They just send a few emails but do not solve anything. The money you will never get back be very careful they are scammers.

Customer ordered a service and networking appeared to have an issue.

We were unable to access the service and asked the user for a confirmation of details. Instead, the customer requested a refund. Unfortunately since this was a technical support ticket, and not sent to the billing team, and customer did not actually cancel the service for a refund using the buttons on the client area, it was obviously not processed.

I do see here that customer did eventually get the service working, but technical assistance could have definitely been quicker in this case.

Customer did not contact billing department for any assistance regarding a refund. I've gone ahead and refunded this for him since he is having a hard time properly requesting it.

worst service ever i get. vps is the thing with that people are running software. people are buying service to run software in vps. but when something error occurs when we are trying to contact support tream. there is no response at all. whatever is going though on our hand but support is Zero. i would like to rate your customer support is ZERO.

Customer received a response to all tickets. Customer broke terms of service, which may have temporarily caused an "error" (suspension.) Customer received a refund outside of refund period, out of courtesy.
