today i buy a vps,but this ip is not connection my country,so i hope refund my balance.this is my first services for my account ,it is accord with rules to refund，but customer service center don not agree with me,i just lol！

You purchased a package with limited support that is specifically labeled as non-refundable. It is not possible to proceed with purchasing the package without agreeing with the following message that is presented:
"You are purchasing a limited support package that comes with certain restrictions. It is not eligible for a refund."

I have purchased a yearly based vpn. But it is my worst experience that I paid to Virmach. My service was suspended due to any reason which was occurred from Virmach side. I do not want to continue this worst supported service.

You received a message first, and then a second message with a shutdown for abusing your service. Your service was not suspended, it was only temporarily powered off after you ignored the initial message.

I'm very much disappointed to use your VPS. every Survey site blocked your IP address, they are says your ip is blacklisted or proxy ip. I'm so much disappointed really, I paid money not for proxy IP oky? fuck your service

We have no control over who decides to communicate with your server. It's possible the website you are attempting to access simply does not allow connections from any data-center's network.
We do also provide refunds within 7 days. Our policies are made to be friendly especially for situations like this, however, you did not elect to request a refund.

Your technicians do not seem to understand the difference between NAT and a proxy server. I purchased services while at work and received a demand for a response from "your own IP". If your technicians do not understand what NAT is and that it is not a proxy server, I cannot trust that you will be able to troubleshoot an actual problem with the network connection to my VPS.

When ordering, a customer's IP must match billing address to avoid any problems with our anti-fraud systems.

The so called backup-server is not usable and get's shutdown when using 100%CPU - i.e. one can't use rsync, or have only 2 servers back up to it via minio and syncthing only a few GB/per day, which doesn't make any sense.
Instead of restricting it, it get's teared down without any warning…
I Leave after a few month, badly disappointed.
