Your support team seems to consist of inept people. I work in medical IT and I haven't seen a customer support system that is this lazy. A KVM VPS apparently is too hard to downgrade the disk size! So, at the suggestion of the support technician, I order another VPS, which is breaking the "fair use policy" while I'm trying to set it up. Horrible Service. I'm going to give my review of VirMach to all of the IT clients my company services, and it's going to be a very bad one.

Stay away from Virmach 1.15$ VPS servers, they might seem cheap but if you somehow are running high on resources you will be charged 25$ for abuse and get your server suspended without any pre notification. So cheap does not mean also good.

Awful Technical Support.
I've used VPS at other sites before, and their technical support actually spent time making sure to actually pointing me in the right direction, helping me figure out which password I need for what, and how to do things. The Knowledgebase is completely void of knowledge. There's nothing in there that is useful, and I think that they TRY to make sure their response to tech support questions are one sentence or less.
Why not take the time to say, "Okay, here's the passwords you need, here's where you may be running into issues, and these are the steps to getting your Remote Desktop set up."?

So frustrating! I'm calling it a $100 loss and going elsewhere. I'll make sure to warn people about this VPS service. If you need help, you may as well just throw your money away because help doesn't exist here.

The so called backup-server is not usable and get's shutdown when using 100%CPU - i.e. one can't use rsync, or have only 2 servers back up to it via minio and syncthing only a few GB/per day, which doesn't make any sense.
Instead of restricting it, it get's teared down without any warning…
I Leave after a few month, badly disappointed.

I recommend that everyone don't buy any products, it's really rubbish, I am a new user, and they have announced "We usually provide refunds within 7 days of your first purchase for your first service. There's a limit of one refund per customer. ”
