Remember that if u change ur billing to a quartely plan from monthly plan...they wont honor your cancellation ....midway... u still lose the entire 3 months amount.....a big rip off.... their customer support is not aware of it.... so if u r planning to cancel the service remember to change ur billing to monthly and then cancel the service to end of billing

Yes, this is how it works and our customer service is aware of these policies and how our system works.

If customers could cancel their 3 month term midway, then it would not be a 3 month term. It would be a 1.5 month term, but we already offer 1 month terms. If you're planning on cancelling the service, we definitely do not recommend upgrading to a 3 month term.

no one answer the tiket for me .when I pay my order ,not any notification about that produte has been sold out ,and when I found that I have pay the wrong order I open a tiket as soon as possibility,but 12hours has gone, not any reply for me I didn't know that when I can take my refund and order the other service for that I wanted
