how i can start the server

Its been 24+hours and no response from support.Server doesnt work properly since deployment yesterday.Having several issues,usually offline.Managed to troubleshoot myself and now again server is offline.Unresponsive support and awful vpses.Its been a day I need my money back.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Technical services ranges from excellent to terrible. My account constantly not accessible because of the billing department. My administrator password just changing for no reason, then I must struggle to get it changed again.
I highly recommend that you look for an alternative VPS service.

this is the worst VPS you could get with the worst customer support that doesn't know their own site they give you incorrect instructions if it was up to me i would fire every single of them

You made several tickets within a few days about the same issue, and then, in the end, you stated that it worked. I'm not sure what portion of the instructions were incorrect as it was correct every time.

VPS is very stable, the technical support service is great, and theticket reply is very fast.

Seriously the worst online service I've ever encountered. Half of the time when I try to pay - the system flags my payment as "fraud" and won't let me do it. Support is super slow. My payments would take days to be "manually" confirmed. VPS itself worked fine though, can't complain about that.

The service used to be great, but after Black Friday deals the VPS performance is just bad.. anyway they are the best and can’t change them.. Merry Christmas
