how i can start the server

Its been 24+hours and no response from support.Server doesnt work properly since deployment yesterday.Having several issues,usually offline.Managed to troubleshoot myself and now again server is offline.Unresponsive support and awful vpses.Its been a day I need my money back.

this is the worst VPS you could get with the worst customer support that doesn't know their own site they give you incorrect instructions if it was up to me i would fire every single of them

You made several tickets within a few days about the same issue, and then, in the end, you stated that it worked. I'm not sure what portion of the instructions were incorrect as it was correct every time.

Server is fine, But Support is too slow.
Always takes 24 Hours to even reply a ticket.
One department assigns to other, then again 24 hours to other department.

Live chat is good for nothing, and also Technical staffs can't help on big issues.

Live support cannot assist you with technical issues, and some issues will take longer than others to resolve.

Please note that over 79% of our tickets this month have been answered within 1 hour. Only a small percent (4%) take up to 24 hours. I see in your situation, around the time of writing this review you made a request that involved adding something additional to your service that required the datacenter's attention. Those requests do take longer.

Bought a dedicated server. The 40 dollar a month atom with windows add on. Was missing alot of dlls and didn't have chrome or explorer/any web browser installed. Basically my first day with it was talking back and forth sending tickets with the tech guys. Tickets were well responded to, but at the end of the day, this dedicated server is total junk and lags like nobodies business. Not just when I'm trying to play games, but simply browsing the internet as well. Was hoping I could settle down with a monthly renewal when I first purchased, but that will not be happening.

You purchased our smallest and least powerful server, so naturally, it will not have the best performance. It may not be the right specifications for what you're attempting to do (playing games) and depending on what you're viewing on the browser.

As for the Operating System missing some features, we do not develop Microsoft Windows, and only use the default version they provide.

Paying for 8 gb of ram on a VPS. They refuse to give me any more than 300mb of the 8gb ram I paid for. They ask for my username and password VERY unprofessional. The most incompetent service team I've dealt with. They'll string you a long with support tickets for weeks and never get your server running properly.

All servers always have plenty of RAM available. There would not be a situation where we refuse to let you use your full amount of memory.

The agent most likely asked for access to your service so they could troubleshoot, and they would be unable to help otherwise.
