It is strongly not recommended to buy service for the service provider. Before buying it is not required to be audited. The slow audit after purchase makes people helpless, but also takes up the service time. The service attitude is extremely poor, the efficiency is very slow, it is not recommended, and the purchase will be very regretful.

When making the purchase, you are warned for Alipay your order may be held for manual verification if you do not pass the auto fraud check. You used a VPN, so the order had to be verified manually. This may take a few hours, or sometimes longer.

Our staff responded to you in about half an hour and provided a refund as you requested.

I am equally disappointed with virmach support.
I have a problem in mysql, then I just ask the virmach party to do mysqladmin flush host. 2 days have passed but not done yet.
in another provider, it only takes 30 minutes straight away

Their VPS are not strong enough to handle a normal game server. So, I don't think it can handle websites with huge traffic unless you buy a firewall from cloudflare or something like that.

We have packages ranging from a 128MB VPS to dual E5-2620 dedicated servers. Of course if you purchase a small package for a big application, it will not be "strong enough."

We have plenty of customers running extremely large gameservers & websites -- just not on the packages you had purchased.

This server is very bad, I started paying 7 dollars monthly and they told me that I'm using high CPU and IO. So I purchased the addons for that for 15 dollars per month and then they suspended my account. Wasted time and money. Not recommending this.
