This is a very bad service. They advertise "instant setup" but then you'll have to contact tech support to get your VPS enabled. Then, they responded it was enabled and closed the ticket, but my VPS is offline. I haven't been able to log in once and support has not replied. This is not a trustworthy company.

THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL - THEY ANSWER AFTER 2 DAYS AND THEIR ANSWERS ARE ARROGANT AND USELESS.
DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE TO USE THIS CHEAP SERVICE!

Seriously the worst online service I've ever encountered. Half of the time when I try to pay - the system flags my payment as "fraud" and won't let me do it. Support is super slow. My payments would take days to be "manually" confirmed. VPS itself worked fine though, can't complain about that.

Customer contacted live chat for an advanced technical issue at 12:44AM. Before opening chats, we do let customers know it is best to contact us via the ticket system for this.
Customer received a reply to the chat five minutes later at 12:49AM. He replied back at 12:56AM and then wrote this review at 12:59AM.
Eventually this was turned into a technical support ticket. Customer replied to the ticket the next day, and then stopped replying after an explanation/solution was offered. The stability issue customer is describing ended up being as a result of the customer running out of memory on his service, which is not an issue with the server but more with what the customer was attempting to run on his service's memory allocation.

The VPS is very unstable!
Every few days needed to restart it, and eventually I got my account suspended until I payed extra money - It basically got HIJACKED until I payed up!
Don't come near this site.

Whatever you were running required more resources and as a result resulted in crash(es) and eventually suspension.
Based on our logs, you most likely needed a package that was 10-20x larger.
