I am equally disappointed with virmach support.
I have a problem in mysql, then I just ask the virmach party to do mysqladmin flush host. 2 days have passed but not done yet.
in another provider, it only takes 30 minutes straight away

This server is very bad, I started paying 7 dollars monthly and they told me that I'm using high CPU and IO. So I purchased the addons for that for 15 dollars per month and then they suspended my account. Wasted time and money. Not recommending this.

I HAVE PURCHASED 35 VPS.
THEY TREAT ME LIKE A JERK.
THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL - THEY ANSWER AFTER 2 DAYS AND THEIR ANSWERS ARE ARROGANT AND USELESS.
DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE TO USE THIS CHEAP SERVICE!
I WILL SEARCH FOR ANOTHER SOLUTION.....

Cheap but unreliable due to malfunctions in their payment system.
Could be OK for study- and pet-projects but it could be dangerous to keep serious projects here.

The VPS is very unstable!
Every few days needed to restart it, and eventually I got my account suspended until I payed extra money - It basically got HIJACKED until I payed up!
Don't come near this site.

Whatever you were running required more resources and as a result resulted in crash(es) and eventually suspension.

Based on our logs, you most likely needed a package that was 10-20x larger.

Virmach is an excellent cloud hosting company. The support is second to none. Have used this vps cloud host for several months. The owner is very friendly.
