I tried to buy only one vps service (FOR $10) and they took 5 services ($50) from my account unauthorized in a magical way. Later i contacted the service and they didn't answer to me properly and they didn't look at my points, but gave me a rejection without any reasoning or explanation.

Customer may have pressed payment button multiple times or pressed back during checkout, which may cause multiple payments. He was assisted in the returning all his duplicate payments.

they mess up and server is unreliable but when you let them know that the server has crashed they charge 40 dollars an hour to recover your files effectively holding your files hostage. terrible service and i will be moving my personal account s and business accounts elsewhere now

While we do take disaster recovery backups free of charge, it does cost about 15 minutes of admin time to locate and manually start the restore process. This is why we publish a $10 rate to receive your backup.

We do not make any profit from these backups.

I started service and was running well and no feedback/complaint about disk space. I paid a year in advance. You changed terms & conditions and now each server uses "too much disk space"although it only runs gmail or google spreadsheet program. Everytime my vps get suspended and now one (which I paid for 1 year) has been removed.So if I pay for 1 year in advance, terms from time of closure and not chaned in between and than close down the service

We do not suspend for using too much disk space. Customer was using an extremely large amount of I/O, and the issue has since been resolved with the customer's service re-instated.

By far the worst VPS service provider and pathetic technical support team. They reboot your VPS anytime they want without any notice. They say, there is a scheduled maintenance window, gods know where we can find that in their portal. I have asked to direct me to a scheduled downtime maintenance information and have received no information regarding that.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Most of the reboots you experienced were due to a software issue on your VPS. There was a single instance where we had to performed scheduled emergency maintenance on your node, to replace a faulty hardware. These situations are rare but it's necessary we upkeep servers to ensure the best quality of service for everyone.

We do notify everyone on the network issues page, and you can subscribe to the RSS feed to stay notified externally.

I rent an SSD16 VPS it worked almost fine for 3-4 days, after even if I had the CPUs under 50% and the ram at 12GB on 16GB the machine was always offline. after a week that I try to solve the problem, I opened 1 million tickets but to date the problem is not solved and the only reply I receive is that they will answer me and they will solve shortly... This shortly is going on from 1 week. Absolutely not recommended!!!
