不得不说，Virmach简直是学生党的救星，VPS的价格低廉让Virmach成为了我购买异地VPS的首选（毕竟钱包空空），虽然偶尔会有些小bug，比如控制面板重装系统和改密码改不了，也有偶尔促销活动时网络直接GG的时候，但如果不是搭建重要的服务，只是自己学习用的话，这个性价比还是很高的，大不了多等等技术猛男修服务器嘛。有一说一，我很感谢之前解答我问题的客服和技术人员，英语不太好，勉强能表达清楚，有很多新手的问题都让他们解答了，有小bug也可以让他们帮忙看（比如改不了密码那次），可能唯一的缺点就是人手不够，客服回复一般在24小时之内，和国内腾讯云阿里云的反差感比较强2333，还有一点就是快照的问题，国内的好多地方现在还提供免费的快照额度，换成virmach可能不太习惯。不过都这个价格了，还要什么自行车，真香就完事了！希望Virmach能越做越好吧，多多关照一下底层用户，提高用户体验！

Very poor response. My server is down for more than 24 hrs. Technical support said server was unrecoverable, no explanation. They said I had to buy premium service to recover my files, system refused my Paypal payment, although I have been paying this way every month for years now, demanded bitcoin ! Tickets unanswered for hours.

I tried to buy only one vps service (FOR $10) and they took 5 services ($50) from my account unauthorized in a magical way. Later i contacted the service and they didn't answer to me properly and they didn't look at my points, but gave me a rejection without any reasoning or explanation.

By far the worst VPS service provider and pathetic technical support team. They reboot your VPS anytime they want without any notice. They say, there is a scheduled maintenance window, gods know where we can find that in their portal. I have asked to direct me to a scheduled downtime maintenance information and have received no information regarding that.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

the price is cheap but one thing is not good on this hosting. they really too long to accomplish the ticket specially the higher support. like additional DDos Protection IP filtered that can take more than 1 - 2 days of waiting and some vps issue. You replied it and waiting for severals hours for their reply back. so i rate this as 1 star only just for cheap price that is base on my experience and not being a haters on this hosting.
