5min of using not even a single program install and it lags so badly its unusable. Asked for tech support. put a ticket in. asked for operating hours told put a ticket in... what a joke. ask for refund . put a ticket in. Call phone number no answer . please submit ticket.
Chat support can not provide - details of owner, if someone will be at address, time of operation. Sound like time to call consumer affairs and BBB. If not sorted i will contact my bank about this place.

Our live chat is mainly for general presales questions. We do mention this on the chat. All support requiring account & service changes go through our ticket system.

Most questions will be answered fairly quickly on our ticket system.

Worst fucking service i have ever had the misfortune of giving my money to.

i received an email that says im using to much I/O and to avoid suspension i must upgrade my services. So i pay to upgrade my fucking server and then guess what they still fucking suspend my damn service and refuse to give me access to any of my files that i need.

If support refuses to give access i will be opening tickets with my bank so they rip back every penny i sent to these worthless sons of bitches

Your service is using approximate 4 to 30 times the appropriate amount of disk operations. Disks are shared in virtual environments, so while we can allocate you a certain amount of disk space, we do not currently have any appropriate method of limiting your disk operations. You are using up to 30x more disk operations than your share of disk space. You did upgrade your package, which may help when the number is less extreme, however, you will most likely need the high I/O option as well.

We would also recommend a dedicated server if you require a physical disk to run intensive disk operations.

I was sold a "sold out location" and it was only mentioned after the payment has passed. Maybe you want to ask someone before you buy anything here. Now my order is pending and the only way I have to fix this issue is to fill a ticket and wait... This is not going well and I am not really happy right now!

If a location is listed as "limited stock" it may go out of stock at any time if a large number of orders are placed. In these cases we offer to change your location, wait until space opens up, or receive a full refund.

Unfortunately, while VirMach is expanding extremely quickly, some locations may sell out faster than we can physically restock.

不得不说，Virmach简直是学生党的救星，VPS的价格低廉让Virmach成为了我购买异地VPS的首选（毕竟钱包空空），虽然偶尔会有些小bug，比如控制面板重装系统和改密码改不了，也有偶尔促销活动时网络直接GG的时候，但如果不是搭建重要的服务，只是自己学习用的话，这个性价比还是很高的，大不了多等等技术猛男修服务器嘛。有一说一，我很感谢之前解答我问题的客服和技术人员，英语不太好，勉强能表达清楚，有很多新手的问题都让他们解答了，有小bug也可以让他们帮忙看（比如改不了密码那次），可能唯一的缺点就是人手不够，客服回复一般在24小时之内，和国内腾讯云阿里云的反差感比较强2333，还有一点就是快照的问题，国内的好多地方现在还提供免费的快照额度，换成virmach可能不太习惯。不过都这个价格了，还要什么自行车，真香就完事了！希望Virmach能越做越好吧，多多关照一下底层用户，提高用户体验！

I did not like it !!!! I bought VPS with Usa IP but I could not go to several USA sites that I needed ... I tried to solve the problem with technical support, I created many tickets, I was not given any solutions .. I get the impression that they are working for fuck off .. At the end I was advised to do the cancellation and refund, but it turned out that I also can not do this, although a person from the support told me that I have 24 hours ... Here is such an unpleasant experience of using the services of this site ... The only thing that pleases that took 1 month cheap tariff for verification and whether to run the service as I expected

We cannot control what other websites decide to do -- they have the right to block any IP address they wish to do. We do have a 7 day refund policy, so if the VPS cannot access the sites you wish due to them blocking access, you can request a cancellation & refund.

Please respond to the ticket and we will assist you with ensuring you receive a refund if you missed the deadline by a few hours, which may be the case.
