Over 2 years, customer has had 96 services with us. On his 97th service, unfortunately, there was a rare issue in auto creation due to stock fluctuations, therefore it took 6 hours to provision the service. We do apologize for the inconvenience

Very bad! I cant't stand it

Customer ordered a backordered location (and was notified accordingly before the purchase) and was upset about the wait. Customer waited and received his service, but had the choice to request a cancellation/refund.

Horrible security.

VirMach's Reply:

We keep our nodes secure. However, customers are responsible for keeping their own VPS secure. There's no way for us to control what customers chose to do on their VPS, and if what they chose to do is select an unsecure password or install malware, that's out of our reach. We recommend all customers secure their VPS with a strong password or SSH key.

Customer claims we accessed his VPS or gave other people access, but this is simply untrue.
