Fair enough your automatic set up for the VPS is good. I have opened a ticket about 2-3 days ago struggling to open the VPS on a mac which yet hasn't been replied too. Also I have opened a ticket about getting my IP changed as it is blacklisted and I haven't had a reply to that one also. As you haven't replied I have had to create a new order and pay another $14 to have my IP changed because you simply haven't replied in ages.

absolute garbage of a hosting

every time they do a migration I had to reinstall os, their recommended way of "reconfigure network" never worked, just a waste of time.

this time it just stopped working with no migrations. Tried vnc over html from control panel - the server shows some error logs, rebooted the server - it stopped working, reinstalled - working but still no connectivity from internet

As a previous review I've got all my last tickets completely ignored. No one is fixing the issue, no one is replying. I've been waiting for 24 hour, nothing. Opened another ticket - quite as my iPods noise cancellation. Using them for over 5 years, never had this before...

Overall satisfaction, customer service reply is timely, can solve the problem at the first time, that is sometimes bought by the Chinese firewall shielded IP, unable to connect more trouble, although you can refund or $5 for IP, but affect the customer experience, but also increase the workload of customer service. It is suggested to distinguish Chinese customers and sell IP blocked by China to non-Chinese users. This does not affect each other. Can also win a good reputation.

My IP is blocked after i activate the VPS immediately, then the tech supports are too lazy and turn a blind eye on my problem!

Fantastic services. Purchasing services/addons was very quick and easy, and the services activated almost instantly. Customer support was very quick to respond to tickets with helpful messages, and even automatically informed you of updates when needed.

Will likely continue to use VirMach's services for the foreseeable future.

the worst cloud service I have ever seen in my life, they change your IP without prior notice, they always have problems with the providers and they are changing providers very often and that hurts the customers a lot, they leave them without service and with loss total of the data. Support tickets are answered after two or three days of delay and many times it does not solve anything. A total disaster, not recommended.

This place is a joke. Avoid like the plague. My VPS has been down for over 2 MONTHS. Across multiple support tickets, rather than ACTUALLY helping, they just say "you opened it wrong" and close it. The uptime is garbage, they are always changing your IP (sometimes without notice). The support is garbage. They don't want to help you, they just want an excuse to close your ticket, not resolve your issue. Go to a real VPS provider.

之前黑五也是收获颇丰desu！抢到了几个不错的KVM小鸡，不过平时的话大概主要也只是OpenVZ的虚拟机会比较便宜。
网络质量和服务器质量还是可以的，性价比高，搭SS之类的也挺好用，总之个人甚是喜爱

Got some good KVM VPSes at Black Friday event! But looks like mainly it's OpenVZ servers which would be cheaper.
Also feeling well on the network & server quality. Good service with good price. Either fit to be a Shadowsocks server. Personally satisfied.

部分服务器确实是无法连接Github.com，所以带来了一些不便。另外值得注意的是，在付款界面中确实有提示“随机分配的IP可能被GFW拦截”，如果十分介意还请自行斟酌。

Some servers are surely not able to connect to Github.com, making some inconvenience. Another point is that on the purchase page says 'randomly distributed IP address may be blocked by Chinese Great FireWall', so think twice if you mind.

Just in general amazing hosting, everytime I've had an issue, it has taken only few hours for support to answere aswell, which really isn't that long if you come to think of it on a host like this.

One thing they COULD do better though, is having more EU Servers.

back again after almost a year of thinking this provider was trash. Had the cheapest vps in San Jose and it would drop pings and be unstable due to overselling network bandwidth (my guess). I came back because of the price but chose the LA datacenter with dual 1gbps connections I recommend anything over 1gbps shared.

I've had a low spec Linux KVM server of theirs for nearly a year now. I've never really had any problems with it. I use it as a private VPN and have always had great speeds. Their service fits my needs and I'm looking forward to another year of service with them!

I have been using Virmach VPS (2 of them) for half a year now, for forex Trading. I must say I have used a lot of different types of VPSs, but I've never encountered such good value. The level of specs, support and speed are outstanding and they come for an affordable price. I highly recommend the VPS to anyone.

Tech support is something to contend with, but if all you want is a cheap machine then this place is fine. The Frankfurt node has consistently low ping and high data rates within Europe and I haven't noticed any downtime yet.

I am so grateful to Virmach for making this kind of service possible. I can collect 20gb of downloads on the server over time and then use the public library to move it all to a flash drive. My 4gb limited data plan at home is more than enough to orchestrate the downloads remotely. Whether I need to grab some APKs for my android devices, DEB files for my linux machines, or get some YouTube tutorials I can count on the virtual server to help me save on data rates. I'm so glad I shopped around. $2.25 per month is such a respectful price. And with Google Drive I can leverage another 15gb. My server is stable and predictable. All of my favorite Windows utilities perform predictably. Thank you Virmach for improving the quality of my digital life.

service is unstable at live stream with obs it always have bad bite rate at youtube however speedtest show good bite rate at download and upload but speed is unstable and bite rate down to 0 and connection down always cant solve problem with live stream at youtube

Within the first 24 hours i've been banned. I've botted before in the past, and i've done nothing wrong. The accounts were made on individual ip addresses and only botted on the same addresses, never crossing over. Never botting for more then 4 hours in the past 24 hours. Somehow Jagex has managed to ban them all. They botted at different time periods aswell. Not impressed.

Virmach is a good server hosting provider,but if the server can get more stable in uptime and low latency for asia,it can be the best and the cheapest server hosting. I like Virmach's price and i had been use for their service for 8months. Their minecraft server is very good for us to play happily.

I've been with Virmach for a while now and so far so good. Performance and reliability is on PAR with it's competitors costing 3-10x's as much. I have a windows server with this subscription and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The only issue I have with this service is the storage space. It's a bit small which makes the experience a bit limited on all packages.Other than that it's superb.I was with turnkey Internet"ripped me off a few times & terrible support", Godaddy"ripped me off here and there", TMDhosting"The Most DOWNGRADED hositng is what they should be called.", A2 Hosting'COST TOO MUCH and they are selling what should be PART of a server", Web'TOO slow", ihost"Slow", 1and1"CHeated me on a few months and banned me for fighting it", and a few others and they all SUCKED big time. There was always issues with them on a range of things such as admin access, lag, payment, and requirement of many things.Virmach has been a blessing. Your service is awesome, good and reliable. I give 100% and recomendation of your services. I am really enjoying the service i paid for except the process and the policy of blacklisting some IPs from some geographical region making it uneasy for such subscribers to buy another service or upgrade their services without engaging support. I think returning customers should be whitelisted and given some trust because they have their real information and identity.
