The servers have poor uptime. Mine doesn't last over an hour. Only on a rare occasion can I ssh into the server.
The webpage is unresponsive. I can't even access the control panel.
Won't use Virmach again.

Your ip address is used to search google, every time it prompts that the traffic is abnormal, and it is blocked for a long time, and you are not allowed to pay to change the ip, but the server we deployed from China cannot connect at all, and the connection timed out. Please give me a free replacement ip. Because i can't use your service

I revoke my statement i been having billing issue over a machine that is to have data recovery i still get billed for it even thou i cant use it. now all my services are suspended because its all on 1 invoice and support is merging my ticket to an old one what is not even being looked at. i will change my review when they treat me better

Basically if anyone needs hosting i refer Virmach sadly while covid there support is slow but its understandable with the current world situation. and to get emergency support with here phone number is a dead end no one is there to answer. so if something epicly bad happens your onyl resorted on support tickets at the time being till this covid stuff ends....

I'm amazingly shocked to see that after few seconds of payment, I was instantly provisioned the VPS. I'm also surprised to see the speed of VPS which i have experienced after a long time. Network, DISK I/O. Everything is amazing.

Service is poor as compared to few years back.
Customer service is Zero percent. It takes average of 48 to 72 hours
before your ticket is attended to. This is really unprofessional of you!
There used to be an online representative that attended
to client but there is none anymore.
i'll rate the overall service ZERO but I'll implore the management
to improve on the services so you won't lose your clients.

Support and tickets are very slow answering even if you are in a hurry and if you want fast support you have to pay separately, it does not seem fair. I also asked for a change to custom ISO and they did not do it rigt first time, I´ve been waiting for more than four days since first ticket requesting a custom ISO. They could improve the support and it would be 5 stars. Otherwise good product and good price.

Love the savage replies sometimes from the Staff.

I wanted to give it 4 stars but I had no problems with Virmach so far, however I recommend it to a lot of clients and they have faced issues with DDOS problems, they just shut your VPS down and suspend you as soon as possible when you are under attack. Hope you guys work on that a bit and offer a wider range of DDOS Protection but other than that it's been a good run and I'm going to keep using your services.

Website is slow as crawling and cloudflare page javascript verfication page keeps popping up. Ordering/payment process is very broken. After payment service is not created. Worst VPS provider I have ever seen.

A little sloppy, but stable, in my experience. I have one SSD512 KVM VPS running a small webapp and an unmanaged dedicated baremetal server. I previously had an OpenVZ VPS, but the OpenVZ host is running an ancient Linux kernel (2.6), despite the fact they offer modern distros that require modern kernels, like Debian 9. Had to move to a KVM VPS so I could run a modern kernel and have systemd actually work. The unmanaged dedi had a mistake made while setting up the IPMI that made it inaccessible, and I waited 4 hours for it to be fixed. Since it was their fault, they didn't charge me, and since then I've had no issues with the server. *Very* wary of IPMI open on a public IP, though, and wish they offered a VLAN system so I could use my tiny VPS as a bastion host. Be warned that the VPSes with shared CPU cores are overprovisioned, and your VPS will be booted if you use too much CPU. If you're running an intensive application you'll need to get dedicated CPU or a VPS that's about twice as large as you need. This is completely fine and even a good thing for running tiny applications, like I am, but if you want to run a game server or such you should probably look elsewhere.

I was a bit skeptic at first, but have been running my web-server with VirMach for many months problem free. Any issues I had, where dealt with quickly using the live chat feature.

I don't know how they manage to provide such a cheap service with all the bells and whistles, most VPS providers can only dream about?

Stay away from virmach, they store your credit card details and rip of your money without you knowledge. They also suspend your server and say it because of high load and if you ask proof they wont even provide and remove suspension and for suspension they charge $25 and also $10 for providing backup without your knowledge.

AMAZED, all I can really say is I'm truly amazed at how amazing the services are here. I own 2 RS 8G VPS and would not go anywhere else. I never really needed help because they are so easy to use and understand. I had a little issue with the speed and I contacted the support and they fixed it within that afternoon.
