My server has been offline since May. When I checked in mid-May, I saw your announcement that the node LAXA013 where my server is located was undergoing emergency maintenance. I was excited, thinking that you had found the problem. However, later you changed the announcement to say that the issue had been resolved, giving me the impression that my server was also back online. In reality, it is still offline, and I am very disappointed.

Site down for 6 months, essentially. Then the company creates issues to prevent the domain from being transferred. They force you to contact "Support" then never respond. Essentially, they destroy your web assets and don't give a damn and there in no way to reach them to resolve issues.

All virmach workers are fucking piece of shit. They thought they solved my problem but actually they did nothing and want to charge me $15 for their so-called priority support which kept me waiting for a month and provide no assistance.

We have ordered a server and hope to receive it soon. They activated the server but did not provide any connection information to the server. After trying to reach them several times no one answers the phone on the paid technical support service.
We do not have a good experience at this time.
Our company is unintentionally falling behind.

I'm amazingly shocked to see that after few seconds of payment, I was instantly provisioned the VPS. I'm also surprised to see the speed of VPS which i have experienced after a long time. Network, DISK I/O. Everything is amazing.

I have to say I met lots of problems for this VPS, for example:
1. I found whenever I login to my VPS, all my data were gone, after some hard debugging and repeated my problems several times, it turned out my IP address is not fixed and somehow I was routed to a new VPS every time I tried to login. You can imagine how shocking I was.
2. Again some IP problem, once a day, the IP address of VPS suddenly changed, I mean all in a sudden I cannot login even after lots of reboots. I have to use the console and go to the shell then realized my IP address is changed! And the IP address in the control panel is actually wrong! Until now I dont know where my old IP address was, and where the new IP address came from.
3. Unstable. but you cannot ask more for such a reasonable price.
4. Really reasonable price.

I was a bit skeptic at first, but have been running my web-server with VirMach for many months problem free. Any issues I had, where dealt with quickly using the live chat feature.
I don't know how they manage to provide such a cheap service with all the bells and whistles, most VPS providers can only dream about?

AMAZED, all I can really say is I'm truly amazed at how amazing the services are here. I own 2 RS 8G VPS and would not go anywhere else. I never really needed help because they are so easy to use and understand. I had a little issue with the speed and I contacted the support and they fixed it within that afternoon. Love the savage replies sometimes from the Staff.
I wanted to give it 4 stars but I had no problems with Virmach so far, however I recommend it to a lot of clients and they have faced issues with DDOS problems, they just shut your VPS down and suspend you as soon as possible when you are under attack. Hope you guys work on that a bit and offer a wider range of DDOS Protection but other than that it's been a good run and I'm going to keep using your services.

Stay away from virmach, they store your credit card details and rip of your money without you knowledge. They also suspend your server and say it because of high load and if you ask proof they wont even provide and remove suspension and for suspension they charge $25 and also $10 for providing backup without your knowledge.

I have a service that's been running with them for 2 years now. There was only one major downtime that I remember and it involved having to migrate my VPS to a new location free-of-charge, which took only a few minutes.
I've hosted my sites prior to this somewhere else but now I stick to their products. The price is very reasonable for the specifications they offer and support is fast and helpful. Promised speeds of up to 1GBpS is delivered. Very stable.

Website is slow as crawling and cloudflare page javascript verfication page keeps popping up. Ordering/payment process is very broken. After payment service is not created. Worst VPS provider I have ever seen.
