Server is fine, But Support is too slow.
Always takes 24 Hours to even reply a ticket.
One department assigns to other, then again 24 hours to other department.
Live chat is good for nothing, and also Technical staffs can't help on big issues.

Please note that over 79% of our tickets this month have been answered within 1 hour. Only a small percent (4%) take up to 24 hours. I see in your situation, around the time of writing this review you made a request that involved adding something additional to your service that required the datacenter's attention. Those requests do take longer.
