Virmach is a good hosting company. They can be trusted from every point of view. And their services are reliable But, they are not perfect. They have their human and machine glitches and very occasionally their servers may be down. But this may happen once or twice in a year. It depends mostly on your luck with the location of your service. The machines have an acceptable speed, you just need to make sure you choose the hosting package for what you want to install. Their support is good but slow, very slow. It can be quick though, just surprisingly. Usually you will wait more than 24 hs until they answer a ticket. It also happens that when they answer the ticket, their answer does not relate directly to what you are requesting or asking. So you have to ask again. But you will get the right answer, eventually. So, if you are too impatient, do not do business with them. If you can accept these "imperfections", you can choose Virmach without any doubt.
So far VirMach is one of the Best US Server Provider/Hoster that I know of.
Especially their Prices are really Good considering what they offer.
Was charged twice for the same invoice and was not refunded.
We do not bill you twice and we also try to prevent that from happening. PayPal does not prevent that from happening, which means if you click pay twice on PayPal's site or go back/forward it may send us two payments. In these cases, our system cannot refund the additional payment because that's not how it is built, it would only take the extra amount, the overpayment, and give you store credit for it.
This is how many companies operate. For example, if you pay off your credit card twice, and pay it off excessively, they would not send you a refund or reject your payment, they would just add it to your balance and you would have credit toward future payments.
What you did is instead of contacting us, you opened a payment dispute. This complicates the matter and just like a bounced check you are now charged a processing fee. You never paid this fee so this was never processed. This leaves your dispute in a backlog, and once we do get to it you will most likely be refunded the duplicate payment, but your account will not be in good standing since you owe the fee for processing it manually.
Extremely affordable, good service, great UI and control panel, reliable machines.

my experience is worst one with ........i advise never go with this vps service .............from last two month i am facing lot of problems ........... using this just a waste of money ......
You were on a server experiencing hardware issues. It was resolved, and you were credited 2 weeks for the outage.
It is the worst experience that I have when it is hard for me to contact the company for help when my service is being canceled by the company. I don't know the reason why this happens and there is not any information sending to me. I would never use the VIRMACH any more and I have already changed to Cloundcone which is better and more stable than VIRMACH. I would also argue that let anyone that I know does not use this. I just so sad about it and want to comment it expressing my emotion.
You created a ticket with us and then closed it yourself before receiving a response. You did not contact us afterward. Of course, we cannot assist you if the only ticket where you contacted us is closed by you. When it is closed, it is closed.
Up to this point, I have had no real issues with my dedicated server. However, that changed when our customers started notifying us of an application outage.
I immediately contacted support and the Jr System Admin replied and told me the outage is fixed. The problem is he did not read my profile and the location of my server and presume it was resolved. I had to tell him to check again and he finally realized he reported the wrong status.
Right now, he and Virmach has yet to provide me with a status update and an ETA to resolve.
VirMach, please fix this ASAP. This disruption has made it clear that I need to find another potential provider.
Pretty happy so far with the windows servers
At the beginning, the packet loss rate of the VPS I bought was too high. I asked the customer service to cancel and exchange for another VPS. The service is not bad, and the Internet speed is generally good, but sometimes the Internet speed is too slow. Upload Google The website of the application takes a long time to open many times.
horrible experience, they declined refunding, I got my refund going directly to PayPal, now they refuse to delete my account and they are infringing on my digital rights, I am a member of the European Union and I will make a complaint about this violation in regards to GDPR, hopefully they will get a massive fine.
If there is any problem with your IP, even if it is completely unable to connect, no one will any technical documents or priority support, i already open ticket almost 2 days.
so if you want good support service, don't choose virmach.

I cannot receive the verification email in my mailbox.
Every time a ticket is submitted, it is a perfunctory response, and finally an angry response to multiple tickets. my account is marked as problematic.
It boasts reasonable price and relatively stable service.I mainly use vps to setup a trans-border tool and it runs well.No shutdown,no out-of-service.

Du Fu's price is really good, but the ticket is too long, and I have no one to reply to or deal with a ticket for changing mail for two months.

My vps simple does not start. Performed a fresh install of windows and still does not start. Support is useless, took 24 hours just reply they don't see any issues.... uuummm try looking at the vps!?
I will try better companies like https://www.vultr.com or https://www.hostwinds.com

I don't want to give a star if it's not for the evaluation. The customer service answered the question only to give a link to the knowledge base, and the answer of the knowledge base could not solve the problem. Then when I wanted to continue to ask, the customer service thought that I was adding work for him and ridiculed me. This is the worst experience I've ever had before.
