Their VPS are not strong enough to handle a normal game server. So, I don't think it can handle websites with huge traffic unless you buy a firewall from cloudflare or something like that.
Reply from VirMachWe have packages ranging from a 128MB VPS to dual E5-2620 dedicated servers. Of course if you purchase a small package for a big application, it will not be "strong enough."
We have plenty of customers running extremely large gameservers & websites -- just not on the packages you had purchased.
Not reliable servers and Technical Support. Technical support person's have not time to respond to any tickets. And they are don't care about your business. I have raised many tickets after 23 hours still no response from them. When ever we make call or do live chat support person will say "The only option we have to get in touch with the technical team is via ticket.". Never relay on VIRMACH support team and servers.
Reply from VirMachCustomer's service was nullrouted/suspended multiple times (and warned/unsuspended in the past) for sending out attacks and spam. Since the datacenter and multiple high-level support agents were involved, and there were multiple cases of abuse, the issue took longer than usual to resolve.
Please understand that customers are responsible for securing their services, especially on an unmanaged dedicated server.
