did not get my refund after I used it for 2 days even though the say u can get a refund unto 7 days on their website 3 other friend wanted to use their service but I told them it's a bad service so they shouldn't pay for it otherwise they will not get their money back.

I have not been able to access my control panel for a week. After following instructions from bots using the ticket system, no resolution. I decided to migrate my service to a new location. Apparently, that location has more issues than the one I am on. I paid for the migration hoping it would fix my issue. Some instructions tell me to go into my control panel to perform an operation, even though my chief complaint is, that I can not get into my control panel.

My site is up and running, but unable to VNC or SSH into the system. Unsure why it is taking so long to resolve the issue on their end. If I have to leave this system for another, I will without hesitation if the support remains as is, or the Techs on their end can not maintain the system in a way that is beneficial to its client base.

Again, my site is up and running without issues. We just can't get into the control panel to access the VNC to update and maintain the site...

Please work out these issues soon. It seems to be costing you potential clients...

By default, port 25 is not blocked, but sending emails beyond the limit will be disabled, and if you use a special VPS, you can't unblock port 25 for you. So if you want to set up your own domain email, you can't use the special VPS.
The service is relatively stable, there is no downtime, but the reason for network sharing, resulting in occasional packet loss and network speed instability is common.
I set up a website on Virmach's VPS and did some IT experiments so that I can enjoy the convenience of VPS at a low price.
I still support Alipay payment. Although it does not provide Chinese customer service, it is very friendly to Chinese users. Thank you very much for the service provided by Virmach.

默认不封禁 port 25 ,但是发送电子邮件超过限制会禁用,并且如果你使用特价 VPS,并不能为你解禁 port 25 .所以如果你要用来架设自己的域名邮箱,你不可以使用特价VPS.
服务较为稳定,不存在宕机的情况,但是网络共享的原因,导致偶尔丢包和网速不稳定这是常见的.
我在Virmach的VPS 上建立网站,并且做一些IT上的试验,让我可以廉价的享受VPS的便利性
现在还支持支付宝付款,虽然并不提供中文客服,但是对中国用户还是非常友好的.非常感谢 Virmach 提供的服务.

Cost performance top five, cheap and easy to use, no matter the network or IO are very satisfied.CPU limit is only relatively strict, but this also maintained everyone's interests, hope to do better, ha ha ha.

I have been with Virmach for years. My Windows VPS has never been rebooted since the first day I joined. Solid uptime and CS is always been quick to reply. I hope that they will extend the server to APAC in the future. Keep up the good service.

it used to be fine, till i had my website ip down from your end for the past 2 weeks till now, your tech support or customer service never advice with service level what so ever, and it's a clear bot automated replies and u dont care if your clients get what they pay u for or never

I have VPS' with many cheap hosts, most have pathetic performance, some are OK, but VirMach, VirMach has the best performing VPS I have ever had. I highly recommend VirMach and will definitely get more VPS' with them as soon as my other service providers expire.

Good people to do business with. very fair prices, surprising level of service. I utilize their super fast, budget priced infrastructure for 'non mission critical' projects and VPN's. I'll likely make them my go-to when it is time to get busy on some charitable (non-profit) projects ive got on my books- Nearly a year of ATL & NYC locations and,aside from an emergency maintenance incident on a particular ATL node, ive received 100% uptime (I keep all my services monitored 3rd party at 1-min intervals). The outage for emergency maintenance only lasted a few minutes- so it goes to show that obviously they care about keeping customers online. I only hope to continue to receive this quality of service, if so.. I see a long and productive business relationship with Virmach!

I don't know how to close orders and Change IP should be free .I set up a proxy server .Although speedtest shows very fast, watching youtube is so slow that I can only watch 144P videos ..I can be sure this is not a firewall issue or GFW Block because TCPing is successful.This makes me feel bad.

As a business user I feel this service is very great. I feel for remote desktop this is the best service you can get. They have great support. The ones in house are way better than the ones they have initially who answer you and you can escalate them for free without a charge as well which is good. The admins are great and are more than happy to work with you in terms of doing what is needed if you rather not do it yourself for a fee which is more and acceptable because well they have to make money somehow. I would have to say the only downside I did not like is that you have to manually set up the OS from scratch before you can remote desktop into it. Otherwise it was a good experience. I just am not too happy you have to pay for extra resources to have them say dedicated like the disk though they are shared and the cores per month. I wished they just had it built in as another tier.

Been using service for about 4 months now and It has been great. NO issues at all, Very Very stable servers. Just took advantage of the Black Friday sale and bought two more!! Tickets are responded to within an hour (my experience) and customer service is very friendly. I have both Openvz and KVM and cant complain about either. I would recommend to anyone!

service is unstable at live stream with obs it always have bad bite rate at youtube however speedtest show good bite rate at download and upload but speed is unstable and bite rate down to 0 and connection down always cant solve problem with live stream at youtube

I have been with them for less than one month. I took a vps from them to host 5 wordpress websites using a kloxo manager.In 3 weeks, my VPS has been nullrouted 2 times (48hours each time).First given reason:There are no issues with the node. I believe you are running out of memory...Soheil G.I had only 46% memory used ! and others is buffered. i told it to them second reason they gived me:We have detected a large volume of email being sent from your IP.... Your machine appears to have been used to send SPAM. We have null routed the source...Syed A.Sr. Sys Admin & Support AgentThere are no spam there i m IT manager for more than 10 years all my maillogs there was clean.... They take me for a noob !What I can advise you is to run away. Or take a server somewhere else, if you haven't already done: RUN !

We have been using VirMach's as our hosting for over half a year now and have not experienced a single problem. Their VPS's are very affordable even for college students. While they do give you a bandwidth limit, I have never reached the full limit which I think its kinda cool. Overall, while cheap, you do get some performance out of them.
