The servers have poor uptime. Mine doesn't last over an hour. Only on a rare occasion can I ssh into the server.
The webpage is unresponsive. I can't even access the control panel.
Won't use Virmach again.

Your ip address is used to search google, every time it prompts that the traffic is abnormal, and it is blocked for a long time, and you are not allowed to pay to change the ip, but the server we deployed from China cannot connect at all, and the connection timed out. Please give me a free replacement ip. Because i can't use your service

Very bad, there are two cheap servers on the account I bought and transferred from others, and then I spent $50 to buy a new server, and it turned out that it was suspended for me because of poor reputation, and I submitted the invoice as required , I didn’t deal with it for three months and didn’t reply. I went to les to post and said that I directly closed the invoice for me. I said they were robbery. The first time I saw it, it was so shameless.

Hi, we do not allow customers to sell their billing accounts, for obvious security reasons. The original creator of the accounts also broke other portions of our terms of service and it was dealt with accordingly.
Customers who use their own account/billing information to create their own account will not have any issues such as this one.

Support and tickets are very slow answering even if you are in a hurry and if you want fast support you have to pay separately, it does not seem fair. I also asked for a change to custom ISO and they did not do it rigt first time, I´ve been waiting for more than four days since first ticket requesting a custom ISO. They could improve the support and it would be 5 stars. Otherwise good product and good price.

Cannot get any support during "open" hours. System says phone services only available from 9am EST to 5pm EST (it is currently 1pm EST and NO RESPONSE)Ticket service is not responsive, not able to submit a ticket.Unable to log in to my VPS - this is what I need help with.

Customer created a ticket because he could not locate a visible button on the screen. Customer received a response within 3 hours.

I spent 2 days looking for a host that would provide me with what I needed, a simple Minecraft Server even if I had to set it up. The problem was other hosting companies wanted to start 1GB Ram at $25/month and that doesn't even include help setting it up. I decided to keep looking, and boy am I glad I did!
