cheap but terrible service, with poor technical support. Among the many issues with Virmach, the fact that the company asks you for your admin password in plaintext for tech support is mind-blowing and horribly unsafe.

28 days after placing the order, the server IPMI could not be connected and the operating system could not be installed. A month was wasted when the server was placed. No one solved the problem by contacting customer service many times! I'm disappointed.

This is the worst service company I've ever met. There's nothing worse than this one

Just collect money, do not open the server, no customer service, no background, no link to apply for refund.

I revoke my statement i been having billing issue over a machine that is to have data recovery i still get billed for it even thou i cant use it. now all my services are suspended because its all on 1 invoice and support is merging my ticket to an old one what is not even being looked at. i will change my review when they treat me better

1. Basically if anyone needs hosting i refer Virmach sadly while covid there support is slow but its understandable with the current world situation. and to get emergency support with here phone number is a dead end no one is there to answer. so if something epicly bad happens your onyl resorted on support tickets at the time being till this covid stuff ends....

DOY 1 ESTRELLA, pero ojala pudiera ser cero. Me da muchos errores al intentar acceder a mi VPS, ahora por ejemplo, no tengo acceso, estuve haciendo una cosa en mi VPS y sufrí una caída, me decía intentando recuperar conexión, llevo 15 minutos y no puedo acceder, si fuese algo importante estaría sufriendo, pero ya esto me ha pasado muchas veces. No cambio de VPS porque solo 1 archivo me funciona aquí, pero buscare otro VPS viable antes de pagar la siguiente mensualidad, esta web da pena el servicio que ofrece.

Cannot get any support during "open" hours.  System says phone services only available from 9am EST to 5pm EST (it is currently 1pm EST and NO RESPONSE)Ticket service is not responsive, not able to submit a ticket.Unable to log in to my VPS - this is what I need help with.

VirMach's Reply:

Customer created a ticket because he could not locate a visible button on the screen. Customer received a response within 3 hours.

I spent 2 days looking for a host that would provide me with what I needed, a simple Minecraft Server even if I had to set it up. The problem was other hosting companies wanted to start 1GB Ram at $25/month and that doesn't even include help setting it up. I decided to keep looking, and boy am I glad I did! I found this hosting company and I am very pleased, $5/month and it had instant setup.
