weird service ever . i got 2 pending orders since 2 months ago . I am billed every month even though the 2 servers are not deployed . I opened several tickets but no response. The servers are still waiting

My server suddenly lost power and stopped working. I posted an emergency ticket, but no one responded. It has been down for 48 hours so far, causing me great losses.
Their after-sales service is terrible.

This service is utterly unacceptable. It's been an entire week since I paid for a Windows VPS, and it's still not activated. The complete lack of response to support tickets is inexcusable and raises serious red flags. This level of negligence and disregard for customers is borderline fraudulent. Potential buyers should steer clear of this seemingly unreliable and potentially deceptive operation. Such poor business practices are a disgrace to the industry and warrant thorough scrutiny.
